At ePlafoniera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting choices; if a fixture isn't perfect for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original box with all protective foam, hardware, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
